Dr. Jennifer Sarrett is a former academic and professor and current diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) consultant. She founded and runs Disruptive Inclusion, a DEIB consultancy that meets organizations where they are at in their DEIB journey and is dedicated to inclusion, access, and justice in the workplace. She currently lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband, two stepchildren, pit bull named Grizz LeBear, and backyard chickens.
